Lead Safe-Visual Inspection:

The fee for this service is based upon the # of bedrooms on the property. The State of New Jersey requires that each "rental unit" be lead certified (i.e a single-family house is 1 certification, a duplex is 2 separate certifications.

• Efficiency & Studio - $200

• 1 Bedroom - $200

• 2 Bedroom - $225

• 3 Bedroom - $250

• 4 Bedroom - $275

• 5 Bedroom - $300

• Add $25 incremental cost for each additional bedroom

Lead Safe-Dust Wipe Inspection (only required for certain municipalities)

• Efficiency & Studio - $200

• 1 Bedroom - $200

• 2 Bedroom - $225

• 3 Bedroom - $250

• 4 Bedroom - $275

• 5 Bedroom - $300

• Add $25 incremental cost for each additional bedroom

Appointment No Show

In the event that a tenant does not provide access or there is no landlord or management company representative onsite to gain access to the unit/home at the scheduled time of the test, an “Appointment No Show” fee will be billed in the amount of $150.
