We are a family-run business with the goal of making the cumbersome lead certification process easier for landlords and property managers.

We provide a seamless and comprehensive service to our clients.  We work directly with your tenants or onsite staff to arrange a mutually convenient date to perform your lead testing, deliver your results with a quick turnaround, and provide you with instructions to file your results with your municipality so you are in compliance with the NJ Lead Law.

Our Certified Risk Assessor will conduct the lead safe testing with the utmost professionalism and deliver fast results in a simplified manner. We are certified by the EPA, NJ Department of Health and Department of Community Affairs.

We will guide you to be compliant with the New Jersey Lead Law.

Licensed, Insured, and Bonded

Lead Testing Services, LLC is licensed by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) as well as Licensed Dust Wipe Technicians. In addition we carry a General Liability Policy of $1,000,000, General Aggregate Policy of $2,000,000 and Professional Policy of $1,000,000.

We will list your company on our insurance policy with a Certificate of Insurance (COI) as needed as well as providing any tax certifications (w-9), EIN, etc., as necessary.
