Question:  In a duplex, if one unit has a tenant turnover and fails, but the other unit has not yet had a tenant turnover, does it then need to be tested as well?


Answer:  Yes, P.L.2021, C.182 requires the other unit to be inspected pursuant to Section 1.g(3).
