This week we are featuring a common question: 

 

Question: What if the floors in my rental unit are carpeted, how do you test the floors for lead?

 

Answer: Regardless of the type of flooring (hardwood, carpet, vinyl, etc.) our technicians are required to sample the floor, testing a 12x12 section (1 square foot).
